Become an Endorser™

As a purchaser of one of Prescription Putting's clubs, you can benefit yourself and your friends by becoming an Endorser™ and inviting your friends to make the same investment in their game.

When your friend makes a purchase, we will pay you 20% of your friend's purchase price for the referral. Your friend gets a free head cover ($30 value) plus free shipping and handling. They also may choose the same right you enjoy, that of an Endorser™.

Your friend's purchase also entitles you to receive a free copy of Alternative Medicine for Putting: Personal Tutorial. (A $27.50 value)

The process is simple, and can result in a valuable return for you and your friends. First, you must register at the time of your purchase to be an Endorser™ to keep this option open. It costs you nothing to register as an Endorser™. You can register as an Endorser™ at the bottom of this page.

Subsequently, you direct an interested person to purchase one of our putters and give them your Endorser™ code. Your Endorser™ code will be your email address. You can change your code on the My Account page.

When your friend places their order, they must enter your Endorser™ code when asked during the checkout process. The purchaser gets the putter of choice, free shipping and handling plus the free $30 value head cover. If your friend is unfamiliar with making purchases online, you may want to help them create their account and place their order.

When Prescription Putting receives payment for the purchase, your referral award will be credited to your credit card account. Please note that the award will be credited to the credit card on record at Prescription Putting. The credit card on record will be the credit card you used to make your purchase. You may change the credit card by going to the My Account page. Prescription Putting will not be responsible to pay you the referral award by any other means.

Please be advised that, in your role as an Endorser™, you are an independent contractor, not an affiliate or associate. The "referral award" will be income to you, and Prescription Putting will report such payment to the Internal Revenue Service as may be required by law. You are responsible for reporting the income on your own federal, state, and local income tax returns. If you exceed $600 in annual benefit, we will send you a W-9 form by email which must be returned to us by regular mail.

Everyone benefits when you endorse our putters to your friends and associates. Please notice that this is not a multi-level marketing program, but rather a means to benefit yourself while granting an equal right to your friends. There are no down stream exchanges. However, you may be an Endorser™ as often as you wish, passing on the benefit to others.

You must register as an Endorser™ for Prescription Putting to pay you any referral awards. You must purchase a putter from Prescription Putting before you can register as an Endorser™. The purchase of a novelty putter (Placebo^®) does not qualify you to become an Endorser™.
